We do not offer returns. If there is a manufacturing error or appears broken, please contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance. We will try our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
When your order is placed, it will take 1-2 business days for the order process. You will receive a notification and a tracking number when your order is sent out for delivery.
At this time, we only ship within the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada. We’re working to get our Te’amo love everywhere! <3
/ PICK UP SERVICE
To get your favorite Te’amo merchandise as soon as possible, you may pick it up at one of our many Te’amo locations. Select “pick up” during checkout and choose which Te’amo location you prefer to pick it up from.
Orders will be ready after 24 hours of the time you complete your purchase. An email will be sent when your order will be ready to be picked up. The items must be picked up no later than 7 days. After 7 days, orders will be canceled and refunded.
